Our UV Flatbed prints directly to any surface doing away with labour intensive vinyl application, the creases and the lamination process. Our prints are UV cured so they are completely dry and scratch proof as soon as they pass the ink heads.
- The scratch-resistant surface makes the handling, transportation, and installation much improved. Plus this has a better tolerance to walk-by traffic than most.
- Apparent dot sharpness and colour saturation are improved because there is little opportunity for ink dots to spread. No ink absorption into the actual substrate. Rather, the inks reside mostly hardened onto the outer surface of the substrate.
- Faster production times because of the instant curing process. Jobs can even be two-sided and set-up time remains the same regardless of the printing process.
- Print on any surface (substrate ) up to 15mm thick and 1600mm wide
- Flatbed printing does not use any harmful solvents. It’s an ultra violet printer that uses non-solvent inks, which is safer for the environment.
